5 possible changes that could retain Trump’s “great bill” in the Senate

“There are certain newer tools in which companies have made large capital investments where we hope to extend the track or the landing strip a little for them,” Cramer said. “It’s about things, like when credit occurs instead of when it runs out, when it expires.”
