The alleged leader of a neo -Nazi cult abroad has been extradited to the United States and accused of inspiring “multiple meaningless murders” worldwide, including shooting at Antioch High School in Nashville, Tennessee, who four months ago left a dead student and another injured, according to the Department of Justice.
In a letter to a federal judge presented on Friday morning, the Department of Justice said that Michail Chkhikvishvili, a Georgian citizen arrested in Moldavia last year, is scheduled to be processed later a day in the Federal Court of the United States in Brooklyn.
Chkhikvishvili was accused last year for several federal positions, including two charges of requesting hate crimes and other violent attacks. According to the Department of Justice, he was the leader of the “cult of manic murder”, a Russian and Ukrainian extremist group also known as “Mky” that promotes violence against racial minorities, the Jewish community and others that they consider “undesirable.”
When announcing his accusation last year, the Department of Justice said that Chkhikvishvili, who supposedly also goes through the nickname “butcher’s commander”, distributed a “Hater Manual” that encourages readers to commit school shootings and other “mass terrorist attacks”, which provides suggested methods and strategies.
The Department of Justice also said that he planned and requested help for an attack of massive victims aimed at Jews and other minorities in New York City on the eve of the New Year, but the person he requested was actually an undercover agent of the FBI.

Since his arrest in July last year, Chkhikvishvili had stopped in Moldova. But now it is expected to appear is a Federal Court of the United States on Friday, and federal prosecutors expect a federal judge to accept him detained awaiting trial, according to the presentation of the Department of Justice.
“The repeated requests for violence of the accused have had the planned effect. They have resulted directly in real violence, including multiple meaningless murders, in the United States and worldwide,” said the Department of Justice in their presentation.

In a statement issued on Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi said that the case against Chkhikvishvili “is a marked reminder of the type of terrorism we face today: online networks that plan indescribable violence against children, families and the Jewish community in search of an extremist and depraved ideology.”
